Do I need space at home?
4 m² is more than enough. Living room, terrace, garage. Whatever you've got.
What if it rains?
If we're outdoors and it pours, we move inside or reschedule. No drama.
Where do you work?
Garraf and Penedès (Vilanova, Sitges, Sant Pere, Vilafranca, Canyelles). Opening the Barcelona area. Outside of that, online.
Can I train with my partner or a friend?
Yes. There's a dedicated couples training service with a differentiated plan for each person.
