Initial assessment. What hurts, what doesn't move, what doesn't fire.

Phase 1: motor control and mobility. No loads.

Phase 2: progressive strength. No pain or the load doesn't go up.

Phase 3: reactivity and return to sport. Like before, better than before.

No. We're coaches with rehab training. Your physio heals. We bring strength and sport back.
