I'm Fabi, personal trainer for over a decade.

Whatever fits. Some clients train 2 days, others 5. What matters is that it's sustainable in your real schedule and enough for your goal. We figure that out on the first call.

Yes. Direct WhatsApp with me. No app, no tickets, no 48h wait. Question on a Tuesday at 9pm? You ask, I answer.
Normal. I work with parents. If your kid watches or jumps in, we deal with it. The session doesn't break for that.
We plan for it. I send you a plan adapted to the hotel, apartment, or whatever you've got. Two weeks away shouldn't mean starting over.
